Advanced scouting

Does this team have any? It seems every team knows the Angels hitter's weakness and exploits them, yet our pitchers get lit up by a Twins team that was hitting around the mendoza line.

Are you sure it is the advanced scouting?  Maybe the coaching staff is just really bad at preparing the team based on the scouting they have received.  Advanced scouting is not a difficult job in baseball.  They basically just chart what the players do and then the coaching staff interprets it and makes decisions based off of it.
