Thanks. Let me elaborate. The racial studies movement is basically Marxism applied to race- races are the same and there are racial disparities because of oppression. That premise has a lot of truth to it, but what follows is destructive. In a variation of the dialectic idea, the races are in constant war with each other and will be until they're all equal. This is a destructive idea. This lady is from that movement.

Smarter Marxists aren't really concerned with race, but encourage this conflict because it animates the rubes.

The most destructive application of the Marxist dialectic,by the way, is feminimsm because men and women actually have to get along. Well,they used to have to get along.

This is what happens when someone loads up on education but never ventures into the real world with it. We have a psychologist at work who reminds me of this. When she talks it isn't a normal conversation. It's like she's reading out of a textbook. She believes that she has prison inmates all figured out, when in fact they are playing her like a cheap violin.
