It's true, most of our pitching doesn't have an "out" pitch, so you just see opposing guys battling till they get something to hit. 

 

Our batters don't battle for something to hit. At all. 

 

Our guys are free swingers and want to swing. Opposing pitchers know this, so they know they don't have to throw strikes. 

 

Our guys maybe watch first pitch strikes right down the pipe, then commit to swinging, and they swing at balls the rest of the at-bat, and therefore we get pussy ground balls and wienie pop ups for quick outs. It's ridiculous.
