Ive spent months in South America, W Europe, some weeks in the middle east and just got done touring Mid-West and Southern US for 3 weeks.

 

Iceland is my favorite place to visit.  It has extraodinary nature and nightlife.

I've also traveled quite a bit, Venice, Rome, New Zealand, Australia, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland, Banff, and Iceland was BY FAR my least favorite place. There's virtually no trees, I didn't go during the time of the year where you could see the northern lights, it never really got dark while I was there. When I went the exchange rate was awful as well.

Rome, but I kind of dig all of the historical stuff. I also loved touring castles in both Scotland and Ireland. I loved the wild life in Banff, it was the most beautiful of all the places.

We probably have different ideas of a good time. 

 

Sunlight 20 something hours a day, bars closing at 7AM on the weekends

really good food (surprisingly)

very intelligent community of people

the worlds best gym (World Class Reykjavik) -

super slutty populace of girls, also hottest IMO (and I lived in south brazil for 8 months)

everyting in Reykjavik is a walk

water out the tap is better than most bottled here

 

wont really get into the nature argument, just wanted to explain why it was my favorite

Water out of the tap there is hot, that was definitely strange. Women were beautiful. Bars were great. Food was not good, at least not for me.

Yes I've been there, it was incredible.
