Today, the club recalled Kyle Kubitza from AAA & designated Kirk Nieuwenhuis for assignment. Kubitza will make his ML debut tonight at 3B.

So if losing a year of club control with Kubitza was worth it to keep Featherston out of todays lineup, then wtf is Cron doing in there?

The Angels scored 8 runs yesterday and had 15 hits. So what does Sosh do? He messes with the lineup! They will never get any consistency with these constantly changing lineups! Unless they score a bunch of runs tonight. Then Sosh needs to stop going with the same lineup every night.

Why are you worried about club control with Kubitza? By the time he hits FA he'll be a marginal major leaguer anyway. Also it's June 10th, even if he stays up the rest of the season he's probably not even going to earn super 2 status.

Excited to see Kubitza make his debut tonight! The 25% K rate is a little alarming, and I know his D isn't the best, but I think he could develop into a decent player for the Angels. Hope he makes the most of this opportunity.
