No one knows anything other than there was an explosion and police and the FBI are investigating.

 

It's days like this that I hate the news blathering on and giving out mis-information by the truckload.

There's always going to be initial misinformation during incidents like that. I saw one report of "many people dead", and I'm sure that's not true.

At least the networks are interviewing people at the scene and getting some good info from local hospitals. We should know more soon.

I don't know, you don't know, nobody knows, but reporters are spewing rumors out by the truckload just trying to be first, and then making everything better by saying, "Remember, we don't have this confirmed".

 

If it's not confirmed, then why the rush to report it?

I'm going to say it was a bomb.

A tiny bit of (possibly) good news: CBS is reporting that all of the injured their reporters have seen were alert as they were taken in ambulances. No reports of any deaths so far.

I've been flipping thru channels and saw that headline. Not sure which station but can't seem to find it now.

Two separate explosions spells terrorism to me.

 

This was no gas leak.

Horrible news.  For a long time we've been able to say that thankfully stuff like this isn't common in crowded areas where the most damage can be done.  It still isn't but recent shootings at the movies, the school and now this is some scary stuff.  Hoping for the best for those involved.
