Had to watch the pre-game ceremony from Dodger Stadium tonight -  they did it up right.

 

Rachel Robinson and her daughter, Don Newcombe and members of the Campenella family on the field before the game.

and now the Dodgers face Bud Black's Padres for the first time since the brawl.......Carlos Quentin likely not even in the ballpark --he's suspended.

To me, any baseball movie is worth going to see. This was a really good movie...took my wife and son and he's 13, the N word was used often and after the movie my son asked if that word was really used like that...so, it was a good teaching point. I heard a review on tv that said Ford wasn't any good...huh? I thought he made the movie...he was awesome.

yeah i did. read it...again slowly ...  and i quote "Unfortunately now my kids know what the n word is." see that dot at the end. its called a period.  A period looks like this:  .  It is used to end a sentence.
