Tailgate Question

I just moved back into the area and I have not been to a game in 2 years. In 2013 I organized a good size tailgate(40+pp) across the street at the Orange County Credit Union, and we had alcohol(keg) and set up our own taco cart guy. I am planning on doing the same during the next home stand, but I wanted to make sure nothing has changed in the past two years and you can still have alcohol and bbq in the parking lot off of rampart? If I remember correctly it is a privately owned lot, and APD paid no attention to us even though we had cups in our hands. Any updated information would be greatly appreciatied. Also any other suggested tailgate areas that are alcohol friendly would be great as well.

I believe they shut that spot down. But not 100% sure.
