This photograph recently turned up in an aviation group on Facebook. It was taken at Dulles International Airport in Washington, DC on 9/11/01. This is the aircraft that operated American flight 77, which slammed into the Pentagon.

The person who posted this proposed that the pilot is an Ohio State fan, given the location.

"Ann Arbor control, request permission to draw an air penis."
