Contrary to popular belief, pork is available in most middle east countries. I eat 3 slices of Farmer John Thick Cut bacon every Friday morning. It's not available in Saudi or Kuwait and in the other countries it's not in most restaurants because they have to separate all the utensils and cookware used to prepare it. If you're ever in a store or go to a buffet with a non-Muslim table or area then it's either pork or booze. Big places don't normally bother with it. Even Tony Roma's is a pork-free zone.
