Albert Pujols says left hamstring feels 'OK'

Albert Pujols told reporters Thursday morning that his left hamstring feels "OK."

But he is not in the Angels' lineup Thursday afternoon in Oakland and he probably won't get any starts during the team's weekend series in San Francisco, where there will be no option to DH him. Pujols pulled up lame on a base hit in the sixth inning Wednesday night and had to limp off the field, but he believes it was just a hamstring cramp.

If it's a pull, those things tend to be chronic and easily aggravated. Hopefully it's a cramp like Albert says.
