I think you are joking, but regardless the owners and MLB all side with Arte. If anything, this saga is the beginning of the next potential baseball strike. 

This maybe true:

 

The CBA has to be changed on the drug policy.

 

The CBA also has to have a provision where a team and an owner can collective negotiate out of their contract.  

 

It is asinine that Hamilton didn't get any punishment.

 

However, what is worse is that Hamilton pretty much demanded to be traded, yet his original team is still stuck to pay 80% of the contract.  Texas got a bargain.  Hamilton was above average the last two years.  They are paying 7 million for an above average player for 3 years.  What a joke!
