My dad has Parkinson's, it's not a fun thing to watch someone deteriorate like that. The good thing about Gibson, he has money like Michael J. Fox and Muhammed Ali. There's a lot of treatments, brain surgeries, and medications so he can live a lot longer than he normally would.

hope he gets the best treatment and that it forestalls the effects of this disease on him.

 

it's tough for anyone but especially an aggressive, physical guy like Gibby........man, this is just horrible news.

That's awful. I wouldn't wish Parkinson's on anyone. Good luck to him. As said above, at least the silver lining is that he will have resources and access to some good medical care, but it's terrible that he's in a position to need them.
