Matt Joyce looks horribly overmatched

I know it's a small sample size, but I don't wanna see Matt Joyce getting any more AB's. I'd rather see efren Navarro, Colin cowgirl, or grant green.

Joyce is in danger of falling below the Iannetta Line.  Especially since Sosh will keep trotting him out there.

I have no problem giving Joyce about 100-120 to get his crap together.   He's about halfway.  

 

Honestly though, there has been almost no semblance of him putting good at bats together.  Navarro is a better defender and much more consistent at the plate.  Cowgill is a nice defender, but he really isn't a very good hitter.  Ok vs. lefties, but terrible vs. rhers.  

 

Cron is heating up so you can't take him out.

In 1990, Robin Ventura went 0-40 before breaking out of his slump. His manager kept him in there. Joyce deserves at least the same opportunity. In fact, give him a chance to break Bill Bergen's all-time record of 0-46. Can you imagine the tension as he approaches the record?
