It will eventually come to that.  Good pitching makes it look like Pujols should have retired years ago.

In hindsight....sure wish Trout swung at that 2nd pitch he saw vs Gray. Once he spotted Gray the 0-2 count, all he saw was balls hoping he'd chase. With Pujols on deck and him being a prime GIDP candidate, Trout wasn't getting another good pitch with 2 strikes on him

Was I the only one thinking the Angels scored too many runs last night?  Like, that's the allotment for the week and they blew it all in one night.  I had flashbacks to eating a bag of M&Ms when I was a kid and I knew I shouldn't have eaten them in one sitting, but I did.  I should have saved some, but I didn't.  

 

Angels' runs are like a bag of disappearing M&Ms.
