Of course Duke getting the calls. Dude's finger bends, ball changes direction....but refs "can't see anything". Duke then hits a 3 to go up 8. Badgers trying to battle back

I would much rather have the refs stroke my schlong to the end the game than to start the game

 

This call https://vine.co/v/eB7n3XpuBB1 , plus winslow stepping on the line, plus that no call on the charge.......all in the last three minutes.....you have to be crazy to think that had no outcome on the game.  

 

I had no horse is this thing at all.  I just wanted a good game, the refs messed up what should have been a classic finish down to the last possession.

yep, it is never just the refs fault.  Wiscy missed shots down the stretch and Duke made them and the refs just compounded that.

Each crew picks what rules they want to focus on and then they ignore all the others. It is a big problem

I guess my point was that, on whole, it didn't seem like the officiating "favored" one team over the other.  Over the course of the game, there were bad calls and missed fouls across the board. 

 

I just get so tired of the "refs favored Duke" narrative.  It's like the lame "East coast bias" b.s., or how "ESPN only covers the Yankees and the Red Sox."  Get over it.  Stop whining (not directed at you, Lou--just a general comment on people who fall back on the victimization narratives).

I don't know that "one and done" will necessarily become the standard for Duke like it is for Kentucky and some other schools, but, yes, he's clearly at least open to it now, whereas the school had resisted it in the past.

Okafor is still talented, but dude is a mess both defensively and outside of 10 feet. I don't see him being a can't miss in the NBA anymore.

Towns has the potential to be a defensive game changer in the NBA, ala Dikembe.

Okafor has a lot of work to do there. Kaminsky schooled him for the most part, albeit there is a solid maturity difference between the two.
