Ya, I don't mind it from that perspective, but the leadoff alternatives are all less than ideal, so I don't know.

Yeah that's the one downside. I don't mind the Callaspo option though and Bourjos could do it if he's going to keep hitting well.

I'm OK with this move. It's relatively minor and something needs to be done.

I like the change.  Big thing still is to get that leadoff guy on base.  Callaspo is probably our best option.  If this does't work I would like to see a Trout-Hamilton-Pujols lineup either 2-3-4 or 1-2-3.

 

Also probably means a little less runny ball. Can't imagine Scioscia asking Trout to sacrifice bunt.
