depends on the light. in certain light it looks clearly white and gold. in other light, and the above picture is in this light, it's clearly black and blue.

It depends on your monitor/screen settings. It is a white and gold dress. But, if you scroll down, it starts to look blue.

It depends on your monitor/screen settings. It is a white and gold dress. But, if you scroll down, it starts to look blue. 

It's a matter of photoreceptor function. The dress was white and gold at first glance. A couple minutes later it was black and blue. I had just come in from the dark so it took some time for my eyes to adjust.
