Josh Hamilton meets with MLB officials about a disciplinary issue

Did the angels do any background checks on Hamilton before handing him 125m.

I know as a fan I was excited about the signing and him being added with pujols and trout I just didn't know it would be this bad and obviously the organization didn't vision this scenerio as well. Just a tough pill swallow and a ton of money.

My guess is he'll get a standing ovation on his return. He first ML a at bat in Cincinnati he got a loud standing ovation as he step into the batters box as a pinch hitter in the 8th inning.

Big difference.....the Reds fans had no idea at the time that Josh Hamilton doesn't necessarily play for the people in the stands. It was a feel good comeback story back then. You can't keep coming back to the well and expect the fans to react the same way each time.
