Mieses is a sleeper among diehards because of his build, youth and low-90's fastball that could become more.

Andrew Daniel is MWAH's 30th ranked prospect, you should go check out his scouting report. Pretty solid bat.

Eric Aguilera is going to end up being Efren Navarro.

Hurtado also made MWAH's top prospect countdown. I think he'll be like Santiago in that he bounces back and forth between starting and relief.

Whitten and Hinkle both have plus power and if that continues to develop things could be quite interesting.

I never included him on anything mostly because I never saw and and would only be going off what others have said.

It certain cases, we make exceptions like with Roberto Baldoquin. But as far as Garcia goes, all we know is that he's a 17 year old SS who wasn't overly impressive in his first taste of minor league ball.

If I'd seen him and his numbers garnered attention, then yeah, I'd talk him up and so would DocHalo probably. But for now, he's every bit as obscure as any other prospect that signs but never plays well enough to leave the island.

My comment was intended as TIC--I understand why he is not on any of the current top prospect lists.  However, the Angels obviously think highly of Garcia, or they wouldn't give him a $500K+ signing bonus.  I think he merits being on the "watch list" for 2015.
