Robert Baldoquin is the in the "honorable mentions" that make up the last 50 or so of the top 200.

 

Not much new there, although the chart at the end of the article is worth checking out as it displays how weak the Angels top-end talent is compared to other teams.The Cubs are ridiculous, with 11 prospects in the top 200 and two of the top 3, as well as 4 of the top 21.
