Better Call Saul **potential spoilers**

I loved the shaking hands over deciding to ONLY break one leg each.

It's decent so far.

First episode was just OK. I thought they brought in BB characters a little too early.

Second episode was better.

It's no where near BB quality yet, hopefully it gets progressively better as it goes (like BB did).

I still don't know what the show is about.

Tucco, who is one of the worst characters ever, goes on a tangent for a third of the show, then we see his brother who is some nut without electricity and a space blanket for a third, then a montage of clients, court cases, and coffee for the final third.

 

Tuco is fine, but his brother..I don't see the point.

I think the key is to go in with moderate expectations. I like it so far.

The brother is just a vehicle to drive Jimmy away from pursuing a prestigious law job. He doesn't want to end up like that/wants to make his own name. I.e. Saul

I don't think the brother will serve any other purpose.

Maybe it's a play on New Mexico UFOs. The bro might think he was abducted or something

i agree.  

 

anyone that goes in expecting this to be anywhere near as good as one of the best televison

series of all time, is setting themselves up for disappointment.

it's one of a small handful of shows that were almost impossible for me to stop watching when i started.

 

i didn't get into BB until after season 3 was over, and i ran though the first 3 seasons in no time.

 

Yeah I would say it's one of the only series I practically binged on. I couldn't stop watching more, and went through the entire series on Netflix in about a month.

 

And this was after the series was over, so there was no waiting between.

 

I will probably check out Better Call Saul when the series is over as well.

I'm liking the show. It has sort of a pulp fiction comedy feel that's really entertaining, especially for the Breaking Bad fans. It's not trying to be Breaking Bad but the photography is similar so it has a familiar feel. It's good.

Yeah...safe to say it's not going to be slapstick. This week's episode kicked @ss!! Show is quickly becoming my favorite on TV.
