Seeing that the Braves signed OF Dian Toscano to a four year 6.0 Million $ deal, how do Cuban stats compare to MLB or MILB stats? I see that the 25 year old hit .356 with Villa Clara in 2012-2013. I see references to players that played on the Cuban National Team but I have no idea what level of competition that Villa Clara represents.

I see that since he played five years in the Serie Nacional (their Premier League)that he is exempt from the International Bonus Rules. The Braves look to start him in the minors with potential for being called up to the MLB in 2015.
