Newest article with The Outside Corner, Trout and Pujols are mentioned alongside the likes of Mantle, Mays, Williams, Gehrig and Ruth.  I try to put some of it in perspective of what it means to enter such a conversation while keeping the article from turning into a book.

Pujols has the resume but Trout still has a long way to go.

I think I indicated that in the article.  Pujols would enter the discussion with 4+ more Pujols type of seasons.  Trout just needs to do what he's done for another 15.  If he does that, I think he'll go down as the greatest.  But that's a darn-near impossible task.  To remain that fleet footed, that good on defense, maintain that much power....
