I don't think it's major, but the best is Wawanessa.

They are not only super good and quick, but really cheap because they only take prime customers with 0-1 points, it might be a max of 2, but I know they are stringent on their acceptance to keep rates down for everyone.

SO if you have a good driving record, Wawanessa.

To clarify, the numbers start left to right. So i assume youre in the 1 lane and hes in the 2.

If thats how it went, youre at fault for speeding.

Totally kidding. Firstly, his passenger has no clue how fast you were going. Sexond, aside from not being able to make a u turn against an oncoming lane, theres several codes about him not yielding, unsafe lane change etc.

Youre fine, you had the right of way. Sorry you got in an accident though

To piggyback what LBHalos said, a lot of agencies dont take reports for non injury collisions. Insurance companies often tell people they need a police report, but its only to get the police to do their job. Insurance companies have accident investigators, but they probably dont have enough.but again, in reference to you getting reimbursement from the insurance company, thats their job. Its a civil issue. And you pay FAR more for insurance than you do for police/fire.

From the police standpoint, our only 'interest' would be to issue a cite for a traffic violation. But again, thats seperate from getting your damages reimbursed. For this crash, it sounds very simple and there should be no argument from the other company. But when its a 'who ran the red light', absent an independant witness, a police report wont do any good. If we didnt witness it, the report is going to say 'he said/ she said'.

insurance claims departments aren't there to be your friend. They are there to limit payouts to claimants, which

results in higher profits.  Some people forget that those companies are in business to make money.  They will

originally deny a claim in hopes that the claimant won't push any further.  On the other hand, those companies

also have a dollar threshold that if you sue them for less than it will cost them to fight it in court, they'll just go ahead

and cut a check.

Oh, and Wawanesa is fantastic.
