NBA Eastern Conference may be the worst in NBA history.

After just 30% of the season completed, they are already 39 games under .500 against the Western Conference.

Only THREE Eastern Conference teams are more than two games over .500.   Top three teams are all in the Western Conference (Jazz, Lakers, Clippers).
