Good point but also there are many countries left there who do have skyscrapers.  They can get involved.  This isn't Hitler or Russia pointing every missile at you but just a gang of coward thugs who have weapons.  They are not following what is really Muslim so why not finally say time to take you out.  We can help, they just have to want to do it. It isn't an administration allowing it but countries who let it thrive around them. 

Countries left where? ISIS doesn't have a suite at the Burj Al-Arab. They exist in areas of 2 countries. One that's been in civil war for years and the other where W Bush installed a government that treated the people in that area as second class. Any place where the population drives Mercedes and keep exotic pets has well established law and order. The countries who let them thrive are the Big 3 of the UN Security Council.

 

And by the way, if they are doing nothing then how did ISIS happen upon the Jordanian that got burned alive?

The main problem is, the powers in the region don't really seem to give a damn about stabilizing it unless it's under their terms and furthers their own goals. Which, shockingly, aren't the same goals as the U.S.
