Watching the reports on Fox News (they are all getting the same feed from Canadian TV) and they ask the police Chief to confirm one of the shooters were dead, the Chief responds that there was no confirmation and they jump right over him and say, "Well, that is the reports were are getting." In bold type they have gunman killed at the bottom of the screen for about ten minutes and now it is gone.

 

Now they are pointing to ISIS even though they have no one in custody but it has to be Islamic jihadists. It just has to be.

Judging from the video, one lound bang, probably from a rifle of the perp, and lots of little bangs from handguns of the cops.  If this was in the US, people would be complaining at how many shots the officers took at him.

Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai is in Toronto to receive honorary Canadian citizenship. That ceremony has been cancelled. Canadian PM Harper will make a statement later today. Obama will speak in about 30 minutes.
