I'll just create my own thread to post some work...ya'll tend to be good guinea pigs and don't require advertising fees like the douches at facebook

Comments welcome, positive or negative...still not sure about the Google Gallery tools. Cool feature I did find out though, they are publishing some photos through Google Chromecast now for those using the Artlink App.

Photos from Vermont in 2013, about this time.

Great Job!!

I used to go to Vermont every other weekend in the ski season. Love it up there.

You hit Stowe and Waitsfield/Mad River Valley, my two favorite places.

Route 100 is probably the best road for taking a drive anywhere.

I was there one weekend in October when they got a little snow on top of the foliage. What a great contrast.

Would love to see more if you have any

Interesting...may I inquire what you didn't like about those? Was it just the subject matter or something else? Did they not fit in with the rest of the series?

He was fondled as a young boy by a landscaper with a leaf blower

I always look forward to seeing your photos,  Sean.  Once again,  outstanding work.

I have an affinity for libraries,  so my favorite is the photo of the Norman Williams Public Library.

So how long did you spend in Bridgeside Books ?

Just thought they were too plain.  Didn't fit in with the rest of the pictures.  You started with landscape pictures, then had a few close up leaves pictures, then went back to landscape pictures.

Also IMO, your Waterbury & Stowe Vt title page picture seemed out of place.  While I get the using the one stowe signage.  It's the only picture in the entire set that didn't have any changing of the leaves.

Again, just my opinion.

I actually didn't go inside...the wife did and I spent an hour photographing leaves on the ground in the middle of the parking lot.

Good feedback, thank you.

I struggled with the title picture for that image, the building was in Waterbury and had the Stowe signage...but you are probably right in that it doesn't necessarily fit. Just went and changed it to the Waterbury Church.

I had dropped the Fallen Leaves in the middle of the show because I thought it would break things up a little...maybe it's better just to put them at the very end, or rather than have a separate "section" for them and multiple close-ups in a row just drop them in throughout the overall show individually.

Thanks again for the feedback.

That's right.  You've always lived life in the fast lane

I'm a good time on vacation...honey, let's wake up at 530...oh, and rather than dinner let's drive out to the middle of nowhere, photograph the sunset, and then get back to civilization after everything has closed. Sometimes in states with strange blue laws it's dicey...does the liquor store close before I'm done photographing...

Great stuff Sean!!!

Always a fan of the scapes but it's all good

a few of my faves:

vermont horses 2

jenn farm 2

moss glen falls 3

reading farmhouse

sugar house 3

sleepy hollow 2

sleepy hollow 4 (damn trees at the top!)

peacham farm

if I had one minor nit, and it's very minor, a couple of your landscapes could use a little more foreground interest.  Obviously, depending on what you have available, better to leave it out than force it.

what do have in the bag these days?
