Puig's attitude and antics have obviously been really bad but lets not forget that he's been one of the best players since he was called up. 

 

In 252 games, he has 9.1 WAR and has posted a .305/.386/.502 line. His baserunning hasn't been good and his routes still leave a lot to be desired but he also possesses the best throwing arm in the game. 

 

He has lots of team control left at a very affordable price. His trade value is crazy high, bad attitude or not.

He'll never net in trade what he could be worth on the field.  The question is whether he's really just a knucklehead or a true psychopath.  If they trade him, the Dodgers first hand experience tells us it's likely the latter.  

 

Really though, where could you move him that would get you the return you are looking and be a team that would be willing to deal with his antics.  

 

If I were the dogs, I would try to make Crawford or Ethier part of the deal and make a team take their salary.
