yeah, the euros pulled a real minor league stunt. glad our ladies bore down and kicked their butts.

It is the first day of the Tour Championship and they are already posting the whacked out scenarios if JB Holmes wins and all his uncles and cousins finish tied for third or worse, Spieth is tied for fourth or worse, Day is in a 3 way tie for 10th or worse blah blah blah.

 

They go overboard with it.

Meanwhile Day is doing Jason Day things.  Three birdies to start the tournament.

Yikes, then he just misses birdie on 4 and goes OB on 5.  Triple bogey and back to E.

59 Watch is on. Stenson -8 through 12 holes on a par 70 course.

Spieth is 3 shots off the lead now.

stenson plays really well in the year end playoff. the rest of the year he isn't very noticeable.

Stenson falters, and Spieth finishes one shot ahead.

 

I'm going with Jordan tomorrow.

Should be a fun finish. Day, Spieth, Stenson, Fowler, and Bubba all with a chance to win the whole thing. Should make for some fun tv on Sunday.

What a year for mr. Spieth

Given the amount of talented players on the tour. I would put Speith's year up against any year of any golfer.

Amazing.

This kid is pretty darn amazing. His long and medium distance putting skills are insane. He deserves all the accolades he's getting.

Spieth, Fowler and Day really made this a fun season to watch. I hope it's the start of a good long run.

Presidents Cup starts in a couple of weeks. Should be fun.
