  I just looked it up.  Achilles Heel surgery may not play all of 2013.

 

Besides getting hot for a little in 2010, he has done nothing since 2008.  Achilles Heel surgery now, wrist surgery three years ago.  There are always rumblings that he is a party guy and has an entourage and does not really practice.  There was even some speculation if he really hurt his Achilles heel by going for a jog around his house.  

 

I wish him well, he was a psycho and a force on the Ryder Cup team.  We need that.

Sergio has really grown on me over the years.  I will be rooting for him to win.

If the current leaderboard sticks through the weekend, I just might be cheering for Sergio, Couples, and Rickie.  I would like to see Tiger involved but could care less if he wins.

I always root for Sergio, but I just don't think he can handle four rounds here...  I'm gonna stick with Tiger, Rickie, Furyk, and Kuchar.  Phil may surprise too.  I'm really impressed with the 14 year old!

Schwartzel is starting out strong, with par-eagle-birdie. He's 2 back of the leaders Dustin Johnson and Leishman.

Way off topic but I pull for Rickie Fowler in every event. He graduated a year after me and I knew him fairly well. Used to always make sandwiches for him when I worked at the deli. Great guy, still very down to earth. Bumped into him about a month or so ago and he hasn't changed.
