The resumption of the earlier Cleveland/KC game in the bottom of the 10th in Cleveland starts in 2 hours, with Cleveland leading 4-2. 

KC figures to fall 2 in back of Detroit and 1 in back of Oakland after that is completed.

it's a battle of attrition between KC/OAK/SEA. All 3 teams have been playing pretty bad lately. Nobody seems to want to make the playoffs.

I wonder what the Vegas odds are on Wednesday's game with LeBlanc going against Lester in Oakland.

Detroit isn't wowing anyone either since the Price acquisition.

But with only 7 games vs. the ChiSox and Twins remaining at home, they are in good shape to win the AL Central. 

 

I'm still hoping for a 3 way tie between the A'ths, M's, and Royals. 

Not only to burn the ace pitchers in the dual playoff games to decide the two WCs, but to also make them have to travel and start the ALDS on very short rest.

Check Wed morning.  Vegas books don't post game odds until the previous game (Tuesday) is complete.

KC scored a run in the bottom of the 10th and had the tying run on 2B with 2 outs, but Omar Infante popped up to end the game.

 

Cleveland is now just 2.5 games in back of KC and 1.5 games in back of the M's.  

Does Francona pull another post-season appearance out of thin air, like he did in 2013?

Cleveland pretty much had to run the table to have a chance, and even then would need some help.
