I know we still have HFA to play for, but I'm cool with doing this every other game until the end of the season. It gets all the starters some much needed time off while keeping them ready to play.

I have a strange feeling Felix is human tonight.  Gives up 3 earned in 6 innings.  Mariners offense sucks as usual.  Angels probably win 4-3 or 5-3.

 

Would be interesting to see if we get a pinch hitter if the game is on the line late.

Don't laugh, we did that about 6 years ago against the Raviners.

Weaver and Arredondo combined on an 8 inning no-hitter, but lost 1-0 at Chavez Ravine.

I'll never forget the time Weaver threw a no hitter against the Dodgers at Dodgers Stadium and still lost 1-0

Unfortunately I was in attendance and having to walk back to my car and listen to the Dodgers fans was awful

Then there was the 1990 game where Skanks' pitcher Andy Hawkins pitched a no-hitter and LOST 4-0.

Future WS hero Jim Leyritz dropped a FB with the bases loaded, and 3 runs scored.

That was an unexpected 1/2 inning... i'm looking forward to watching this game with such low expectations that it won't be nervewracking at all. If we win it will be the upset of the decade. Felix, all eyes are on you buddy!
