You know damn well he is going to be. The thing he better NOT be is the number 2 starter. Shoe should be the number 2 because he pitches a lot better at home. CJ sucks anywhere so it doesn't really matter.

Well, he shouldn't be this bad, but he is this season, and it happened so suddenly. He was doing fine the first 2 months and then he just lost it. He has a 6.16 ERA over 80.1 innings since June. He's been a disaster

 

He's got 5 quality starts in his last 16 outings.
