I don't even think it's Weaver but more of the hitters adjusting to all his junk.

Weave has gone the Leonard Tose route when getting into the 90-100 pitches range.    He only averages 101.5 pitches per start.

Hopefully, this is just a one season phenomena for now.

Fortunately, in the post-season the starters will only need to throw basically 90 pitches.
