Should Leblanc just be strictly used as a reliever?

He should be used as a mop up reliever with the Angels up by at least 5 runs

He should be used when the Angels are up by 10+ runs.

relievers need to miss bats and Wade doesn't have the stuff to do so consistently.

NO!!!! This team isn't meant to have a situational lefty. Plus lefties have hit him better throughout his career. Use him strictly in mop up situations. There are numerous studs in the pen, so what if they all happen to be righties.

 

With that said, I fully expect Scioscia to insert Thatcher in the first big spot vs. a lefty once he's healthy.
