Saw the highlights of the Tampa Bay-Texas game last night from Arlington. The Rangers home crowd made the Oakland Coliseum look like Woodstock. A lot of entirely empty sections in the ballpark.

 

Wonder if Ron Washington will take the fall for this.

Maybe for Lake Elsinore. The shot that I saw was in the left field corner, with zero fans sitting in those sections.

They're the worst team in baseball so it's not surprising that people aren't flocking to the stadium on a weekday. I wouldn't pay to watch that shit. Their weekend crowds have been surprisingly decent.
