@JeffFletcherOCR: #Angels gave Skaggs a choice of TJ surgery or rehab. He said he didn't like odds of rehab working.

Im glad hes getting it. The rehab thing never seems to work.

After two years they seem to be back. Maybe offer a low money one year feal to billingsly? Not sure the dogs are going to resign him
