Why is everyone assuming the names released will have no merit? The last round of names must have had compelling evidence. Ryan Braun didn't even attempt to fight them and he fought a failed drug test. The evidence collected was probably at least that strong if he wasn't willing to fight it.

I didn't say that the names on a list will not have merit.  I said that asking people to simply guess at names that might be on the list is lame.

One article I read, that I can't find anymore, said that the Feds might put Bosch on the stand and under oath ask him for names.  Probably as some sort of plea agreement to reduce his sentence.  

 

I can see round 2 of Congress also occurring because of this.
