Joe Kelly isn't that good. He's a 1.40 WHIP guy in the minors who is doing the same thing in the majors. 26 is young but it's not 21. He's a middle reliever. He's not even a set-up man.

He won games in the playoffs and World Series and received a championship ring.....

 

then he bolted the place that brought his career back to life and signed that huge deal with Seattle -- that didn't work out very well.

 

Seattle broke out crying and was plain broke after the deal.......Jett Weaver was ineffective and his career on a downward spiral  --- but he was anything but broke.
