Better to see him only 6-9 times a year, and not NINETEEN times!!!!!!!!!!

 

And Richards is starting to channel his inner Justin Masterson.   Great and then suddenly not very good the past 2 starts.

The league finally catching up to him?   Dead arm?    Innings limit fast approaching, due to never exceeding 150 innings?

 

Maybe we should trade for Lester!   What starters do we have who are truly reliable at this time????

 

Oakland had little trouble with this same team!!!!!!!

Right as our offense seems to be waking from its coma, the pitching falls apart.

They scored six runs last night but they were still like 2 for 13 with RISP and had horrible execution. They aren't out of their funk yet.

And that plate discipline we were showing for a large part of this season?

And for a guy who was a heralded prospect, why was Gausman then sent back and forth FIVE different times to/from the minors since May 2013? 

Looking at his starts so far, he makes 2-3 great starts then struggles once, then has another 2-3 good starts, then struggles once again.

He does seem to rarely ever have back-to-back bad starts.

 

Richards has gotten mostly GB's so far.   Just one FB and that stupid pitch to Jones.
