Skaggs needs another pitch.  A splitter, better changeup, something.  Two pitches aren't enough to get multiple times through a lineup.

I wouldn't say solid, at all.  He barely uses them, probably for a reason.  Against righties, he's always going to the big curve, which can be good, but is inconsistent.

that's just a weird vibe from Josh so far.  Doesn't hustle to the ball in the OF.  Hits a nubber and doesn't run out of the box.
