I like it.  It's somewhat imaginative and alot less invasive then the o.g. wave. O.G. wave sucks for those of us watching the game.  Light wave is lo-pro, subtle and doesn't block my f'ing view of the game.

I couldn't believe how bad the crowd was around me . A lot of fat women with tattoos . Most were not even watching the game . They were just yapping and taking selfies .

It's the NFL-ization of baseball.  Booze/beer first, food second (and lots of it!), loud music during the game, lots of visual interference.  Somewhere in there is a game, if you care to pay attention.

Most flashlight apps have a strobe mode. Until now, they were pointless.

The light wave is 100% better than the normal wave. As someone who participates in neither one, the light wave does nothing to interfere with viewing the game. No one is yelling, no one is standing, few raise their arms. Do it all you want people.

Disliking the wave ≠ Hating fun.

 

The wave distracts from the fun of watching a baseball game. It reminds me of when you're watching a new episode of an intense TV show like Breaking Bad and you're with people who are talking the whole time. Just sit down, shut up, and enjoy the entertainment in front of you.
