I don't know if I'd call holding up an empty miniature bottle of vodka and pointing to it ordering in 7 different languages but to each his own.

For me I haven't really had too many problems with jetlag because I can't really sleep on planes so by the time I finally get to my hotel I take a nap if it's during the day or pass out of it's at night.

1:50 am and I feel like I should get dressed and go to work.

The first time I traveled to the UK, I was absolutely dead tired by the time I reached the hotel. We took off from LAX around 7:30 PM local time, and I was awake for every second of the 11 1/2 hour flight. We landed in London around 2 PM GMT. Probably about 4 PM by the time I made it to my room. I showered and crashed. I woke up, got dressed and ready for the day, opened the curtains and...total darkness. It was 3: 30 AM.
