That was ball 3 to Trout. Then the stupid ump calls two balls on Shoemaker the very next half inning on the same exact location!

There's definitely something wrong here. His career numbers are beyond "having their number". I get the whole sample size thing but this is 5 starts now against the Angels and they have scored 3 ER against him.

 

You might expect something like that from Kershaw or Felix but not Bud Norris. There's no way they have ever scouted this guy. If they have then they need to fire whomever actually scouts opposing pitchers.

Dude's now pitched 34 2/3 innings against this team and has given up just 2 earned runs. That's crazy
