The Chicago Cubs are suing over a fake mascot that has been engaging in bad behavior in the vicinity of Wrigley Field, including getting into a bar fight that was captured on video and posted online. The unofficial mascot wears a Cubs jersey with #74 and "Billy Cub" on the back. The fake mascot has also been demanding tips for photos and making rude and profane remarks to people outside the ballpark. The Cubs are naming five people known to have worn the costume in the lawsuit.
