Rotation reset after ASB

Recommended Posts

Weav goes tonight followed by Richards tomorrow. Then Skaggs, Shoemaker and Santiago, according to ESPN: http://espn.go.com/mlb/team/schedule/_/name/laa/los-angeles-angels

This has both Weaver and GR closing out the season in the last two games. In the possibility that the Halos fight to the end for the ALW title but fall short, neither will be avail for the one-game playoff. Then again, the rotation could be altered to align the stars accordingly if a Wild Card spot seems likely.

With 68 games left and a five man rotation it would be the same lineup as this weekend for our season ending series at Seattle.  With Weaver pitching on Friday he might be able to start the Tuesday wild card game.  The key element (without any scrambling of the pitching lineup which is likely to occur) is that King Felix will be pitching for Seattle on the last Saturday night of the regular season and would be unlikely to be ready for a Tuesday wildcard start.
