they look like they just arrived in the mail, not survived a plane crash. something isn't right.

 

I've seen a lot of pictures of the crash. There's parts of the plane that are completely obliterated and then there are other parts intact. Some bodies are in pieces and others look like they just fell off a roof. No rhyme or reason it seems.

Considering the only aircraft in the Ukrainian Air Force that's even close the the size of a 777 is the IL-76, which is Russian, has 4 engines instead of 2, yeah you gotta be pretty stupid to "accidentally" shoot down a 777. Especially since the SAM that shot it down is a highly advanced piece of warfare... I promise it has ways to differentiate between military and civil air traffic.

CNN said something about the US being able to track the heat signature, and that they had tracked it on radar.

One of our radars (or NATO's) saw the SAM come active right before the plane was shot down.
