I know that many of the AW members do not look favorably on messages without the link attached but I think that Dirk Hayhurst and his article "Salvation  Sleeve" from Sports on Earth is worth searching for and reading.  The Motus Pitcher Sleeve looks very interesting and Dirk's take on it is also very honest, particularly as he was a MLB pitcher (albeit not a great one).  I first read anything from Dirk when he was on the air with his comments about Marijuana and MLB players.

I'm just reiterating how Bhuerle has explained his longevity in this article, which is actually a great read on his mindset as well:

As for Arroyo, he has accumulated a ton of years on that arm, unlike most of these new guys, who are just going way too hard to start out and flaming out.
